Twice a year, The Lark Club becomes the funniest room in Westchester. This is one of those nights.
The Lark After Dark is back with a special edition powered by Hard Headed Comedy, the women-owned production company bringing bold, inclusive, laugh-out-loud shows to the region. Hosted by Luz Michelle, founder of Hard Headed Comedy and Ladies of Laughter winner, the night features a handpicked lineup of comics who know how to work a room.
Alyce Chan (MOMCOMNYC, 300K+ followers) brings her signature take on modern parenthood. Joe Larson brings nationally recognized, high-energy storytelling with credits including America's Got Talent and Gotham Comedy Live. Together, they make for a lineup that hits hard and keeps going.
Your $75 ticket covers it all: signature cocktails and mocktails by Sips Society Mobile Bar, light bites, and a front-row seat to one of the best nights out in the Hudson Valley. Doors open at 7PM. Comedy starts at 8PM. Seating is first come, first served.

Nothing to Luz: A Live Stand-Up Special

Luz Michelle has spent fifteen years turning one of the most unusual origin stories in comedy into one of its sharpest voices. Born in Bogota, Colombia. Adopted by two Eastern European Jews. Raised in Staten Island. She'll be the first to tell you the material basically wrote itself.
She's performed at Caroline's, Gotham Comedy Club, The Stand, and Dangerfield's. She's taken the stage at SXSW, the NYC Comedy Festival, and Laugh Riot Grrrl Festival. She won Ladies of Laughter and has been seen on Good Morning America. In 2018, she founded Hard Headed Comedy, a women-owned production company that has brought world-class live comedy to the Tri-State area's most unexpected and beloved venues. She created Queerlarious, a comedy show that has headlined Westchester Pride for three consecutive years. She writes the "Dear Luz" advice column for Connect To Magazine.
And now she's recording her debut special. Live. One take. No do-overs.
"Nothing to Luz" is exactly what it sounds like: fifteen years of material, one room, and a comedian with absolutely nothing to lose. The stuff people feel but rarely say out loud. Adoption. Identity. Marriage. Motherhood. All of it, unfiltered.

Sunflower of Westchester Comedy Fundraiser
Comedy for a cause. This one means something.
Hard Headed Comedy is teaming up with Sunflower of Westchester for a night of live stand-up at Rory Dolan's Restaurant & Bar in Yonkers. Four comics. One great cause. All proceeds go directly to Sunflower of Westchester, a nonprofit serving foster children, young adults aging out of foster care, and the families who support them.
The lineup is stacked. Luz Michelle hosts, bringing the sharp wit and crowd command that earned her the Ladies of Laughter title. She's joined by Dara Jemmot, Feraz Shere, and Calvin Cato for a night that delivers real laughs with real purpose behind them.
Whether you're there for the comedy, the cause, or just a genuinely good Friday night out, this is the room to be in. Doors open at 7 PM. Show runs until 9:30 PM. Ages 21+.
